In this position, you'll report to the Manager of Infrastructure and Asset Management. Your responsibilities will involve general maintenance and repairs within CSS facilities, including upkeep of mechanical systems and troubleshooting issues. You'll efficiently manage maintenance tasks and coordinate processes from start to finish, ensuring a safe environment throughout.

Key Responsibilities:



• Perform complex maintenance tasks in various trades • Complete preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems • Inspect and troubleshoot building equipment and systems • Manage materials for maintenance jobs from order to completion • Document inspection and job reports accurately and timely

Requirements: • Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent • Minimum 3 years hands-on maintenance experience • 4th or 5th class Power Engineering certificate preferred • Knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work • Valid class 5 Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
