Coder is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Core Workspaces team to lead engineers building and evolving the systems behind our agentic development experience. You’ll guide technical direction and help make agents more capable, reliable, and useful across real development environments. You’ll partner with Product and Design, evolve architecture, and coach engineers to raise the bar while maintaining solid execution across the agent harness, integrations, and developer workflows.
