You’re not here to manage a backlog - you’re here to ship and create momentum Ship work yourself using AEM, AI tools, and existing platforms Prototype, test, and launch improvements quickly Use GenAI to draft, test, and iterate content and experiences Use analytics + AI-assisted analysis to identify drop-offs and opportunities, then fix them Rapidly stand-up tests (copy, layout, journeys) without needing full engineering cycles Turn Partner into a high-value broker experience, not just a content portal Drive measurable improvements in engagement, adoption, and sales impact across both websites Balance key stakeholder demand (marketing, business units) with product-driven improvements Introduce better ways of working using AI and automation Create a culture of shipping, learning,
