Oversee and direct day-to-day boutique operations to maximize productivity and deliver an elevated client experience. Act as the expert on standard operating procedures, systems and tools, ensuring smooth workflow across inventory, shipping, after-sales and point-of-sale processes. Lead, coach and develop the heart-of-house team while managing budgets, forecasts and boutique invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Manage cash handling procedures including opening, balancing and closing registers and invoice retention.
- Oversee shipping and receiving, ensuring parcels are processed within 24 hours.
- Maintain inventory integrity across divisions through cycle counts, RFID, year-end inventory and loss prevention measures.
- Organize and optimize stock to support sell-through and merchandising standards.
- Manage after-sales operations (repairs, spare parts, local/international repairs)
and execute minor in-store repairs.
- Create and manage boutique invoices, budgets and expenditure forecasts.
- Lead change management initiatives, act as SOP/systems trainer and liaise with contractors, vendors and IT for boutique maintenance.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in retail operations and/or stock management (4-6 years preferred).
- Robust organizational, communication and team management skills.
- Experience coaching and developing retail teams and training on SOPs and systems.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting approximately 15-20 lbs and maintaining back-office organization.
- Fluent English; French is an asset.
