In this role,you’llwork on production trading systems used by major financial institutions across North America, helping customers succeed while building and enhancing the technology that powers their trading operations. You’llpartner closely with customers, developers, and product teams to troubleshoot complex issues, deliver software improvements, and gain deepexpertisein electronic trading, order management, and financial markets.

SupportEqlipseTrading customers across the AMER region by investigating issues,providingtechnical guidance, and delivering high-quality solutions. ~ Develop, test, andmaintainJava-based trading applications while leveraging AI-powered development tools and agentic workflows to improve productivity and code quality. ~ Analyze production environments, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with global teams to resolve complex technical challenges. ~ Work with trading protocols, market data, and order management workflows while buildingexpertisein electronic trading systems. ~ Partner with customers and internal stakeholders across multiple regions to support service releases, integrations, onboarding activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. ~3+ years of software development experience with strong Java programming skills and working knowledge of Python and SQL. ~ Experience troubleshooting technical issues and solving problems in complex application environments. ~ Strong communicationskills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. ~ Interestin financial technology,



electronic trading systems, and working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code,Opencode, or Kiro. ~ Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments, FIX protocol, order management systems, or capitalmarketstechnology. ~ Experience supporting customers, working with distributed systems, messaging middleware, or high-performance applications.
