Timing is the heartbeat of all electronics, ensuring performance, resilience and scalability. For decades, quartz devices, non-silicon technology, have kept systems in sync, but they struggle in harsher, more demanding environments. Today, MEMS timing powers over 400 applications, including high-growth ones in AI datacenters, automated driving, industrial and humanoid robots, wearables and IoT.

Our semiconductor MEMS programmable solutions offer a rich feature set that enables customers to differentiate their products with higher performance, smaller size, lower power, and better reliability. With more than 4 billion devices shipped, SiTime is changing the timing industry. As a Systems Engineer we are the first in line to work on brand new devices from Silicon Designers before they get into the hands of customers.

The devices that SiTime Canada works on are in the timing and high speed signal disciplines, being adopted by wireless communications devices, data centers, and automotive infotainment. Working closely with design and marketing to understand how a device functions and whether it meets specifications set out by our customers. If you have the skills and desire to work on analog and digital embedded systems, debug and root cause issues as they arise, and build your skills towards a rewarding career in systems engineering then this job is for you.
