负责客户关系管理：

- 在所负责区域内积极发展并创建客户关系；
- 在所负责区域内发展通力的市场地位；
- 为整个通力销售团队 (如:交叉销售) 赢取和沟通销售机会：;
- 与通力其他团队(如工地)一起确保客户满意度并解决客户投诉，以及配件协调：;
- 管理客户资料和联系信息,维护客户数据,及时更新CRM并使用CRM计划和跟踪销售活动；
- 战略/重要客户及时反馈客户满意度、组织架构图；

负责该区域维保销售业务，包括：

- 1.确保免保转签以及续签：全程积极主动跟进确保零丢失；确保和扩展现有维保业务,通力客户定价和利润；
- 2.市场获得：监测销售结果包括不断分析和协调销售目标，以确保达到业务目标（台数和销售额）；负责通过机会、订单和合同，完成维保销售预算和定价目标；
- 3.应收账款管理：协助或执行回款，并预测应收帐款；




- 其他：使用Nemo计价，给予客户包含服务内容及新产品的定制化报价及合同；验证从客户处接到订单的内容是否符合谈判的结果,包括条款和条件、质量和安全；招投标，投标报名，制作标书；维护详尽的机会,任务和访问信息；及时和准确的报告；业务相关培训以及会议；
