Key Responsibilities
Client Transportation
Safely and courteously transport clients to and from the dealership in a timely and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service during all client interactions.
Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle when required.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with customers.
Scheduling & Service Coordination
Work collaboratively with Service Advisors to coordinate client pick-up and drop-off schedules.
Communicate schedule changes, delays, and customer requests to the appropriate team members.
Ensure accurate tracking of transportation appointments and vehicle usage.
Parts Delivery & Operational Support
Deliver parts, materials, documents, and dealership supplies to various locations as required.
Assist with the movement of vehicles between dealership locations, service bays, and customer destinations.
Support the Service Department with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
Vehicle Maintenance & Safety
Maintain the shuttle vehicle, ensuring it is clean, fueled, presentable, and in proper operating condition.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance, safety,
or mechanical concerns.
Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safe driving practices.
General Dealership Support
Assist the Service Manager and General Manager with additional duties as required.
Support dealership events, customer initiatives, and special projects when needed.
Contribute to a positive team workplace by assisting colleagues across departments as appropriate.
Requirements
Valid G-class driver’s license and clean drivers abstract
Experience in a customer-facing role
2–4 years of professional driving experience
