This role involves mentoring Support Workers and Volunteers under supervision, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for participants. Our team is committed to enhancing lives through specialized coaching methods and fulfilling recreational activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop organized lesson plans to match curriculum
- Adapt activities using autism-informed coaching methods
- Foster a positive and enjoyable learning environment
- Collaborate with Onsite Supervisors for participant success
- Ensure smooth operation and timely sessions Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of coaching experience
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C Certification
- Must skate forwards and backwards for skating programs
- Provide transparent references and pass a criminal record check
