The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Curam Social Program Management platform and will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of Curam solutions. Lead the design and implementation of Curam solutions to meet client needs.

Develop standards and guidelines for Curam implementations.

Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct architectural reviews and ensure compliance with architectural standards.





Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.

8+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Curam Developer, with a robust understanding of the Curam framework.

Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and web technologies.

Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems.

English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position

Curam Technical Certification

Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Experience in leading large-scale Curam implementations.
