Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution design and implementation across multiple modules and business domains. Manage configuration, customization, and integration activities to meet client‑specific needs. Oversee data migration and transformation efforts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices. Monitor project progress and resolve technical challenges to maintain delivery timelines.
You bring 10‑15 years of experience in Windchill PLM development, configuration, and project leadership. You are proficient in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and debugging tools. You have hands‑on experience with Windchill Bulk Migration, CAD integrations, and database design.
You are familiar with SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall. You have experience managing remote teams and delivering high‑quality, scalable solutions. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial,

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
