Coordinator is Maple Reinders’ designated representative to the Owner/Client.

The Special Projects Project

Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Project Manager to procure, estimate, and run projects between $500,000 to $5 million. Assisting with securing project leads. Assisting with providing project estimates and proposals.

Collaborate with owner and consultants to design project to meet the needs of the client. Ensuring that a targeted margin and profit is made on every project. Ensuring that the work is performed as per the contract documents.

Completing the project with outstanding quality. Ensuring the project is a safe workplace. University degree in Engineering, or Engineering Technology Diploma (Civil or Mechanical), or a combination of education and industry experience preferred. ~2+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, Estimator, Business Development Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry. ~ Knowledge of ICI construction, with a focus on fit-ups and renovations. ~ Proficient MS Office and Windows-based computer applications skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, etc.). ~ The ability to use/learn industry-specific software programs such as Maple’s Internal Project Management Software, estimating software, and MS Project. ~ Previous estimating experience is an asset. ~ Maple Reinders is one of Canada’s most respected and trusted construction firms,
