Support Account

Executive and Existing Territory Act as a strategic support partner to the sales team across the end-to-end sales lifecycle Ensure accuracy and timeliness of sales documentation, pricing, and approvals Coordinate with Account Managers, SA’s, Operations, Finance and Legal, to support deal closure and execution Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data integrity and visibility Support with renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and customer onboarding activities Quote and Order Processing Collaborate with the sales team and infrastructure solution Architect to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

Building

Client, Manufacturer and Distribution Relationships Work collaboratively with various departments, including operations, logistics, and technical support team. Ensure seamless communication and coordination to enhance overall customer experience.



Actively contribute to the success of the sales team through collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in quote preparation and order processing. Effectively manage and support multiple opportunities concurrently. 5-10 years’ experience within the IT community working with both vendors and distributors. ~ Positive verbal and written communication skills in English ~ Must have Customer and Vendor/Manufacturer relations experience. Eagerness to learn and technical aptitude is a must Two years of College or Technical School resulting in an associate’s degree or equivalent (Not mandatory) 65,000-80,000 CAD Compensation The successful candidate's base pay will be determined within this range, taking into account factors such as primary work location, role scope and responsibilities, required qualifications, and the individual's experience, education, skills, and knowledge.

Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as discretionary bonuses or sales-based variable pay, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.
