In this full-time role, you will analyze financial data, prepare variance analyses, and assist with month-end close activities. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential as you work with large datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance business insights and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes
• Analyze financial results versus budget and prior performance
• Prepare transparent variance analyses explaining business drivers
• Assist with month-end close, ensuring accurate revenue recognition
• Develop and maintain financial models and reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
• 1–3 years in Financial Planning & Analysis or related role
• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
