Travaillant dans les locaux du client, le technicien Oprations et soutien offrira les services doprations et de soutien la production des permis de conduire du Qubec et des cartes dassurance-maladie, conformment notre contrat sur les niveaux de service et les procdures de production standards de Thales.

Vous devriez avoir la capacit de travailler dans un environnement professionnel dynamique et travailler en collaboration, dans des dlais trs serrs, avec des gens de postes et de niveaux dautorit varis.

Vous devriez aussi avoir dexcellentes aptitudes de communications, des talents organisationnels et des habitudes de travail qui dmontrent que vous tes efficace, consciencieux et fiable.

Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility ????????Production quotidienne des permis de conduire et des cartes dassurance-maladie conformment au contrat sur les niveaux de service. ????????Assurer une prestation de services de qualit conformment aux normes de Thales ????????Soutenir et maintenir lquipement de production install dans les locaux du client ????????Effectuer lentretien prventif et lentretien gnral ????????Fournir au client et Thales divers rapports quotidiens et mensuels prcis ????????Remonter les problmes techniques qui ne peuvent tre rsolus par les oprations vers les ressources techniques appropries ????????Documenter les tapes de rsolution de problme et de dpannage ????????Participer la formation des clients au besoin ????????Maintenir un environnement de travail sain et scuritaire en suivant et en mettant en application les normes et procdures; se conformer la rglementation juridique ?
