About the Role This is a senior-level Communications Specialist role supporting a large-scale enterprise systems program at a major energy infrastructure organization.

The position owns the strategic communications and engagement approach for the program end to end, from rolling plans and leadership messaging to bilingual materials and large-scale engagement events.

The work sits at the intersection of program governance and stakeholder influence, so the pace is real and the visibility is high.

The ideal candidate brings 10 or more years of communications and engagement experience inside multinational organizations, moves comfortably between English and Spanish, and knows how to translate complex program information into clear, consistent messaging for audiences ranging from frontline teams to board members.

Strong project management instincts and a collaborative working style are just as important as writing ability here.

Key Responsibilities 1.

Define and own the strategic communications and engagement approach for the enterprise program. 2.

Build and maintain a 90-day rolling communications and engagement plan, keeping it current as priorities shift. 3.

Create, edit, and distribute program materials including updates, presentations, and senior leadership reports. 4.

Draft and refine messaging for senior leaders, ensuring clarity and appropriate tone for each audience. 5.





Coordinate communication activity across internal teams, external partners, and board members to keep alignment tight. 6.

Establish communications best practices and brand consistency across all functional areas within the program. 7.

Identify opportunities for and plan large-scale engagement events such as roadshows. 8.

Translate and adapt communications and training materials between English and Spanish as needed.

Required Skills & Experience 10 or more years of experience in communications and engagement for multinational organizations Bachelor''s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field Proven experience in program-level communications or corporate governance support Native or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-channel communication strategies Solid organizational and project management skills Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership Must have valid right to work in Canada Preferred Skills Experience supporting enterprise technology or systems implementation programs Familiarity with change management principles and partnership with change management teams Background in large-scale event planning or employee engagement initiatives
