As a Student - Administrator, Group Savings and Retirement, you will play a key role in processing and managing administrative operations related to group plans, helping deliver reliable and efficient service to participants. As a Student - Administrator, Group Savings and Retirement, you will be at the core of our mission.

Making updates to active participant accounts (beneficiary changes, address, SIN, etc.) Supporting the cash management team by handling deposits (money transfers, payments, etc.) Is currently studying accounting, actuarial science, business administration, or any related field Is comfortable with technology and tools such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Is available to work part-time during semesters (minimum of 21 hours/week, 3 days per week from Monday to Friday during the day) and full-time during the summer Has an advanced level of English proficiency, as the individual will be required to read documentation in English, communicate via email and video calls with English-speaking colleagues, and work within a Canada-wide team on a daily basis Any level of French is an asset. Must be willing to use communication tools, templates and translation to work with documentation in French and collaborate with French-speaking colleagues. The typical hiring range for this position is $23.50 to $28.75 CAD per hour; the base salary offered varies according to years of study and the position status (student or intern).
