Verbruggen Prairie Farms is currently accepting resumes for a full time position as a Swine Technician in our Nursery and Finisher Barn.
Verbruggen Prairie Farms is a Family Farm Operation with 3 different locations. Near Strathclair, North of Rivers, and West of Rivers, with all different stages of pigs, From Sow barn to Nursery and Finisher Barns.
Duties of this position:
- Executing feeding programs
- Maintaining production and inventory records
- Handling and moving pigs
- Receiving, counting and loading pigs
- Washing
Candidates:
- Must have experience in the industry.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Valid class 5 drivers License and reliable transportation.
Wages will reflect the experience required for the position.
