We are looking for a Test Center Administrator to support a busy testing workplace.

This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer service, administrative accuracy, and day-to-day operational coordination.

In this role, you will help create an organized, secure, and welcoming experience for candidates while ensuring testing activities run efficiently.

Responsibilities: Coordinate the daily activities of the test centre to help ensure exams begin on time and candidates have a smooth experience.

Welcome candidates, complete check-in procedures, confirm identification, and apply established testing rules consistently.

Observe exam sessions carefully and respond promptly to procedural questions or minor technical concerns during scheduled assessments.

Prepare, maintain,



and inspect testing workstations, equipment, and materials to support reliable day-to-day operations.

Carry out accurate data entry, document handling, scanning, and file organization related to candidate records and testing administration.

Uphold site security standards and follow required compliance procedures to protect the integrity of the testing process.

Communicate clearly with candidates by email and in person, providing guidance and resolving inquiries with a service-focused approach.

Use Microsoft Word and Excel to update records, track information, and support routine administrative reporting as needed.
