Select People Solutions is hiring a Production Technician on behalf of our agricultural client.

Weekly pay schedule Optional overtime opportunities Opportunity to gain experience within an established agricultural production facility Potential to be considered for longer-term opportunities based on performance and business needs Compensation & Hours: Pay Rate: $23/hour (+ shift premiums) Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week with optional overtime and occasional Saturdays Permanent Night shifts outside of training period Position Summary: Perform production activities including cleaning, sizing, treating, packaging, palletizing, wrapping, and sampling Assist with shipping, receiving, warehousing, and movement of product throughout the facility Operate forklifts and other equipment safely, with training provided as required Complete general repairs and minor preventative maintenance as directed Support inventory management, rework,



and documentation across production areas Complete accurate safety, quality, production, and inventory records Maintain clean, organized work areas while following established safety and quality procedures Required Qualifications: Must hold a valid Class 5 Drivers Licence and have access to a reliable personal vehicle; candidates who do not meet both requirements cannot be considered High School Diploma Previous forklift experience or willingness and ability to learn Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Comfortable using computers for basic data entry and tracking Reliable attendance with the ability to work the required shift schedule Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods Steel-toe boots and work gloves require Bonus Points For: Valid forklift certification Previous experience in seed cleaning/handling, agriculture, warehousing, manufacturing, or industrial environments Familiarity with production agriculture Right People.
