Role: Senior Systems Analyst Location: 277 Front Street West, 4th floor, Toronto, ON (Hybrid) Duration: 6 to 12 Months Must Haves: Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, implementation, and post-deployment support.

Ability to quickly understand existing applications, data structures, reporting ecosystems and business processes.

Advanced Power BI development including DAX, Power Query/M, data modelling, semantic models and Power BI Service.

Strong SQL and data modelling knowledge, including relational databases, dimensional modelling, facts, dimensions and star-schema concepts, with the ability to understand and work with SQL-based data sources when required.

Experience integrating and modelling data from multiple systems and data sources, including enterprise and third-party applications.





Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical and reporting solutions.

Experience supporting and troubleshooting existing Power BI solutions in production.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the abili1ty to identify data, process and performance gaps and recommend improvements.

Experience with Power BI RLS, workspace management, and security.

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate.

Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot and VBA/macros where applicable.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
