Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years Tasks Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff Plan and control budget and inventory Address customers'' complaints or concerns Supervision 1 to 2 people Support for newcomers and refugees Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work setting for newcomers and/or refugees Support for Indigenous people Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 hours per week
