Survalent is seeking a Cloud & Dev
Ops Engineer to design, secure, and optimize cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and OT systems.
Youll work hands-on with Dev
Ops automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, cloud security, networking, and high-availability solutions.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Cloud Infrastructure Administration Design, deploy, and maintain cloud environments in Azure and AWS.
Manage virtual machines, storage accounts, databases, containers, serverless workloads, and networking services.
Support SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS solutions utilized by Survalent and its customers.
Administer Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), AWS VPCs, subnets, route tables, and security controls.
Monitor cloud environments for performance, cost optimization, availability, and security compliance.
Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
Dev
Ops & Automation Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for software development and deployment.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as: Terraform AWS Cloud
Formation Power
Shell Automate operational tasks and deployment processes.
Integrate cloud-native monitoring and alerting solutions.
Support source control and Dev
Ops best practices using Azure Dev
Ops and Git platforms.
Network & Security Architecture Design and deploy secure Hub-and-Spoke cloud networking architectures.
Configure and maintain: Load Balancers Reverse Proxies Web Application Firewalls (WAF) VPN Gateways S2S / P2S VPN Manage DNS services, routing policies, traffic management, and security groups.
Support Zero Trust architecture and cloud security best practices.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams on security assessments,
vulnerability remediation, and compliance initiatives.
Monitoring & Reliability Maintain monitoring dashboards and automated alerting solutions.
Troubleshoot system outages, networking issues, performance bottlenecks, and cloud service disruptions.
Conduct root cause analysis and document corrective actions.
Participate in on-call support and incident response activities as required.
Documentation & Compliance Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, SOPs, and operational documentation.
Support compliance initiatives including: Comply with Survalent s ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management System (ISMS) Policy. SOC 2 Comply with Survalent s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Policy.
Participate in audits and continuous improvement activities.
Other duties as assigned Education, Knowledge, Skilled and Abilities Bachelors degree required in Computer Science; Information Technology; Computer Engineering; Cybersecurity; Related technical discipline, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure and Dev
Ops roles. 3+ years administering both Azure and AWS environments.
Experience supporting production and customer-facing cloud platforms.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 $110,000.
