- 6+ years in Learning & Development or Talent Development
- Solid consulting and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in leadership development and learning design
- Ability to manage complex portfolios effectively Lead the evolution of talent development strategies at Arc'teryx, creating impactful learning experiences for all levels.
