Integrated cost management, estimating, budgeting, forecasting, commitment and expenditure control, and cash-flow visibility.

Earned Value Management and other performance measurement approaches appropriate to the project and contract environment.

Change control, trend management, risk and opportunity integration, contingency stewardship and disciplined baseline management.

Project Controls assurance, data quality, compliance, audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Capability development, workforce planning and succession across planning, cost, change and reporting disciplines.

You will: Promote one-team behaviours, accountability and consistent ways of working across organizational boundaries.

Build credibility and productive working relationships across the joint venture partners, client, project leadership, functional teams, contractors and suppliers.

Create alignment where priorities, processes, cultures or commercial interests may differ, while protecting overall project objectives.

Lead through influence as well as formal authority, navigating a complex matrix with sound judgement, transparency and respect.

Communicate effectively with executives, functional leaders and delivery teams, adapting the message without diluting the facts.

Address difficult issues early,

facilitate constructive challenge and help stakeholders reach clear, durable decisions.

People Leadership and Culture Lead, coach and mentor a multidisciplinary Project Controls team, setting clear expectations and creating an environment where people can perform and grow.

Develop current and future leaders through meaningful delegation, feedback, exposure and structured development opportunities.

Influence up, down and across the organization, pairing high standards with an approachable and supportive leadership style.

Foster psychological safety, inclusion, collaboration, professional challenge and ownership of results.

Digital Transformation and Continuous Improvement Our client has recently implemented Eco

Sys and upgraded Oracle / OneERP.

You will play a critical role in embedding these platforms and improving how the joint venture uses data, processes and technology.

You will: Champion adoption of Eco

Sys, Oracle / OneERP and connected reporting and scheduling tools, reinforcing consistent and value-adding use.

Learn recent systems and processes quickly, remain comfortable when solutions are still maturing, and help others navigate change constructively.

Partner with users, process owners, digital teams and leadership to identify pain points, strengthen controls and improve the end-to-end user experience.

Challenge legacy practices respectfully and simplify processes where they do not add value.

Use data and technology to improve forecast quality, productivity, traceability, insight and speed of decision-making.

Treat system implementation as a business transformation, not solely a technology deployment.

What you must have: Typically 15 or more years of progressive Project Controls experience, including senior leadership accountability on large, complex capital projects.

Demonstrated success leading integrated Project Controls on major EPC, nuclear, infrastructure, energy, mining or industrial programs, preferably valued at more than $1 billion.

Strong command of cost control, planning and scheduling, forecasting, performance measurement, change control, risk management, reporting and governance.

Experience leading sizeable, multidisciplinary teams and developing high-performing professionals and future leaders.

Proven ability to work effectively in a joint venture, alliance, consortium or similarly complex multi-organization environment.
