Job Summary: The Senior Business Analyst will lead the development and implementation of Portfolio Management process improvement tools as part of the New Ways of Working (NWofW) project.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, build and roll out centralized applications and tools, and support the ongoing maintenance of solutions that enhance resource capacity management, demand planning, project governance, prioritization, and new work intake processes.

Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive business analysis services addressing diverse business and technological needs.

Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Advise on business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency.

Build, test, and support rollout activities and training for applications and tools using MS365.

Develop and document backend processes, workflows, and swim lane diagrams clarifying roles and responsibilities.

Create metrics and executive-level PowerBI dashboards to monitor performance.

Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report regularly to management and stakeholders.

Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and conduct stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Certifications: Proven experience in business analysis including requirements gathering, modeling, and documentation.

Expertise in MS365 tools including Power

Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Share

Point, and Excel.





Ability to conduct business process modeling, data flow modeling, and develop use case surveys.

Experience with portfolio management processes such as resource management, prioritization, and new work intake.

Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Experience in developing executive dashboards and performance measures (KPIs).

Knowledge of project management methodologies, enterprise architecture, and gating processes.

Demonstrated ability to work under deadlines and collaborate with project teams.

Preferred Skills & Certifications: Experience translating business and data requirements into technical specifications.

Familiarity with a wide range of business analysis techniques including functional modeling and process mapping.

Experience with structured, object-oriented, and agile methodologies.

Use of AI tools such as Copilot to improve business processes and efficiencies.

Experience developing and following up on business analysis performance measures.

Healthcare sector experience preferred.

Special Considerations: Up to 3 days onsite work required, subject to hiring manager''s discretion.

Experience working across diverse employee groups for communication and change management.

Must be able to support large-scale rollout of solutions across a portfolio or company-wide.

Scheduling: Standard work schedule with flexibility to meet project deadlines and stakeholder needs.

May require coordination across multiple teams and time zones.
