Job Types: Temporary to Permanent Pay Rate: Starting from $19/hr Schedule: Varies by Employer Work Location: Calgary and surrounding area What Youll Do: Operate material handling Double Walkie End Rider in a safe and responsible manner.
Unload and properly store received inventory in designated areas.
Pick, pack, and load outbound orders onto delivery trucks.
Build and stock secure pallets.
Wrap orders when required to ensure stability during transit.
Place completed orders in the correct staging areas for shipping.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and protocols.
What Youll Need In Order To Qualify: Minimum 1 year of experience working in a distribution, logistics or warehousing operations.
You must be able to lift 55 lbs. and be comfortable picking heavy orders.
This position involves standing, walking, heavy lifting, and repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team or independently.
Proficiency in using order entry systems and inventory management software is an asset.
Experience with a Vocollect Headset is an asset but not required.
Pallet/ Power jack experience is an asset but not required.
Experience with RF Scanner is an asset but not required.
