Your recent role In this role, you will be reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.

You will be overseeing ~250 units across two rental buildings.

You will be working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, Property Manager, and Property Administrator.

Once you pass your probation, this will be a live-in role.

You will be a part of a team of Caretakers that oversee the entirety of the portfolio.

Responsibilities will include: Conduct regular audits, rmend preventative measures, and ensure timelypletion of maintenance activities.

Oversee emergency response tests, establish safety procedures,



and work on call as scheduled.

Perform move-in and move-out inspections, report deficiencies, and understand legal obligations related to tenant agreements.

Respond to maintenance requests, schedule work, and collaborate with Property Leasing Administrators.

Provide exceptional customer service and handle tenant inquiries professionally.

What you''ll need to succeed 3+ years maintenance experience.

Excellentmunication and customer service skills.

Experience with / knowledge of RTA and lease agreements Ability to work on call (rotation-based schedule) and be available for emergencies.
