Hiring Experienced Wire Guide Order Picker & Reach Operators

People Store Staffing Solutions is currently hiring experienced and certified Wire Guide Narrow Aisle Order Picker and Reach Operators for a leading automotive parts facility in Mississauga.

We are looking for operators with strong hands-on experience operating both Crown and Raymond equipment who are interested in a long-term opportunity.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Shifts Available

- Day: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- Night: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating Wire Guide Narrow Aisle Order Picker and Reach
- Must have hands-on experience operating both Crown and Raymond equipment
- Valid forklift certification from a recognized training school
- Valid Fall Arrest certification
- Experience picking orders using an RF scanner
- Ability to safely lift auto parts up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Clear criminal background check
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Available for full-time, long-term employment
