If you enjoy working around equipment and prefer a hands-on job over sitting behind a desk, this could be the right move for you. As a Yard Person, you'll keep equipment organized, clean, inspected, and ready to go — helping our customers and our team keep things moving.
WHY THIS IS A STRONG MOVE FOR YOU

- Hands-On Work: Spend your day around construction equipment, not behind a desk.
- Learn the Equipment: Gain experience with Develon, Bobcat, Ammann, and other equipment — training is provided.
- Keep Things Moving: Play an key role in getting equipment ready for customers, rentals, and service.
- Monday to Friday: Work 40 hours on average, with no weekend schedule.
- Stay Active: A physical, outdoor role where every day brings something different.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

- Prepare Equipment: Stage, clean, inspect, and organize equipment for customers and upcoming rentals.
- Keep Inventory Moving: Maintain accurate equipment locations and yard transaction records.
- Load & Unload: Safely load and unload equipment from trailers and assist with moving machines around the yard.
- Inspect & Report: Complete equipment inspections and report damage, fuel levels, cleanliness, and other issues.
- Support Customers: Help provide a smooth experience when customers pick up and return equipment.
- Keep It Safe: Maintain a clean, organized yard and follow workplace health and safety practices.

WHAT WE OFFER

- Pay:



$23.42–$29.04 per hour
- Benefits: Medical and dental coverage
- Pension: Pension plan
- Vacation: Paid vacation as outlined in the Collective Agreement
- Training: Training provided on equipment and yard operations
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours on average per week
