Job Title: Human Resources CoordinatorJob Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a vital role in the attendance management team, handling a range of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include scanning, filing, data entry, and document uploads into various software systems. The Coordinator will also manage email correspondence and collaborate closely with the HR team.
Responsibilities
- Audit attendance exceptions and provide guidance on ESA legislation and client policies.
- Plan and coordinate HRIS (AAS) rewrite with the IS team.
- Issue and follow up on 5-day letters, process terminations as needed.
- Assist in investigations by preparing questionnaires and matrices.
- Issue written reminders and corrective actions.
- Support administrative setup for investigations and participate in larger investigations.
- Collect information and allegations, guide question development, and organize data in spreadsheets.
- Audit payroll coding and onsite days, conduct corrective audits.
- Advise management on handling situations and corrective actions.
- Assist shops in understanding attendance policies and regulations.
- Process PFS for 5-day letters and initiate the AWOL process.
- Process PFS for written reminder requests.
- Audit expired corrective actions monthly.
- Audit qualifier exceptions, patterns of absence exceptions, and coding review exceptions.
- Respond to attendance-related inquiries.
- Conduct weekly 5-day audits.
- Assist HR investigators in developing interview questions, compiling data, and preparing closure letters.
- Perform Excel data analysis for attendance management programs.
Essential Skills
- HR experience
- Proficiency in HRIS and Workday
- Robust skills in Excel, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in data entry and customer service
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to work in a close-knit team environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Work Environment
This position is part of the Policy Development and Performance Management (PDPM) Team, responsible for streamlining attendance management across three plants. The role requires working five days a week onsite in Cambridge, within an office and manufacturing environment. The team is supportive, and there is potential for contract extension or permanent placement.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.61 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
