Western Pacific Enterprises is seeking an experienced Red Seal Journeyperson Powerline Technician for a highly specialized role in the Lower Mainland with minimal travel to other areas of BC. It requires a very specific mix of field expertise, strong communication skills, and a high level of comfort with computers and administrative work. has provided complex, large-scale electrical construction services for our clients throughout western Canada. As a full-service electrical provider, we offer industry-leading electrical commercial and industrial, substation, transmission and distribution, and renewable energy services.

Proven experience operating a Ford F 550 bucket truck with insulated 37 ft boom Strong computer skills, including consistent use of a laptop and smartphone, job related applications, electronic reporting,
and document control Ability to work closely with and take direction from BC Hydro security team members Red Seal Journeyperson Powerline Technician Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract Ability to successfully pass BC Hydro security screening, including a criminal record check IBEW 258 rate for Sub Foreman Lineman, paid weekly.
