The position involves making outbound calls to financial institutions and updating internal systems, with 80% of functions dedicated to the timely and accurate follow-up of client transfers from other financial institutions into TD Wealth.

The remaining 20% of functions include data entry activities such as updating in-house systems and working closely with ISM, Kofax (Imaging system), and in-house Case Management software.

The team consists of 20 members and operates within a collaborative, close-knit culture that emphasizes growth and ongoing support. A full week of training will be provided, with ongoing support thereafter.

The contractor will have access to customer data.
