Job Title: Senior RPA Developer Blue Prism & Power Automate Location: Toronto, ON Work Model: Hybrid Job Type: Full Time (FTE) Experience: 5 8+ years Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior RPA Developer with strong expertise in Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate to design, develop, deploy, and support end-to-end automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong process analysis, troubleshooting, integration, and intelligent automation capabilities, along with the ability to independently drive delivery and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end RPA workflows using Blue Prism and Power Automate .

Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, prioritize initiatives, and estimate effort and business value.

Analyze, document, and translate business processes into scalable automated solutions.

Identify technical infrastructure and integration requirements for automation implementations.

Evaluate and implement intelligent automation capabilities, including document processing, AI-assisted workflows, and data extraction.

Ensure adherence to automation governance, security controls, development standards, and change management practices.

Take ownership of automation delivery, timelines, quality, and business outcomes.

Lead production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, remediation, and ongoing support for RPA solutions.

Monitor bot performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability and minimize downtime.

Incorporate AI and data-driven approaches into automation design and continuous improvement.

Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing, reusable development practices, and technical excellence.





Required Skills & Qualifications Blue Prism Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and maintaining Blue Prism automations.

Strong knowledge of Object Studio, Process Studio, Work Queues, exception handling, and Control Room.

Experience supporting production Blue Prism environments.

Power Automate Strong experience with Power Automate cloud and desktop flows.

Experience with connectors, Power Platform integrations, and attended/unattended automation.

Ability to integrate Power Automate with enterprise applications and business processes.

Development & Integration Strong understanding of RPA architecture, process automation patterns, workflow logic, and solution design.

Ability to interpret workflow diagrams and translate business processes into automated solutions.

Scripting/coding experience with VB.NET, C#, Python, or Java

Script .

Experience integrating automations with APIs, SQL databases, and enterprise applications .

Knowledge of reusable components, exception handling, logging, credential management, and secure automation practices.

Familiarity with Git-based source control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and environment promotion strategies.

Production Support & Troubleshooting Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex production automation issues.

Strong root-cause analysis and remediation skills.





Experience monitoring bot performance and improving automation stability and availability. AI & Intelligent Automation Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools such as Git

Hub Copilot.

Familiarity with intelligent document processing, AI-assisted workflow design, and data extraction technologies.

Strong data-driven approach to automation optimization and decision-making.

Tools & Collaboration Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar work-tracking and documentation platforms.

Familiarity with version control, release management, and change management processes.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education & Certifications Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Blue Prism Developer Certification such as Accredited Developer or ROM Architect is preferred.

Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-500 or PL-900 are preferred.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to have: experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Lean/Six Sigma, or business process improvement .
