Robert Half is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant on behalf of our client, a growing organization looking to add a detail-oriented accounting qualified to its finance team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, improving processes, and contributing to accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and year-end journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Support the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting Analyze general ledger activity and investigate variances or discrepancies Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Maintain and strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures Support audit preparation and respond to auditor requests Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting policies and reporting requirements Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy Assist with payroll accounting and other operational accounting functions as needed
