Become a key player in recreational safety as a Swim Instructor Lifeguard with Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services. Supervise pool activities, teach swimming, and ensure safety for military families.
CFMWS is seeking motivated and agile individuals to provide quality leisure programs and services. In this role, you will deliver swimming lessons and enforce safety protocols at the pool. You will play a crucial part in helping military members and their families enjoy their time at recreational facilities, enhancing their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging swimming lessons for various age groups
- Ensure pool safety standards and enforce rules
- Motivate participants to reach their swimming goals
- Assist in developing individual training plans
- React promptly in emergency situations
Requirements:
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid National Lifeguard Service certification
- Recognized Swim Instructor certification
- Experience with public and lifeguard duties
- Ability to work independently and in a team
