Key Responsibilities:
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests autonomously
- Provide pharmacologic prescriptions and perform minor invasive procedures

- Implement and evaluate complex care strategies
- Teach and support staff and patients on health issues
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Preference for Indigenous language competency
- Solid leadership and problem-solving abilities
