As an Audiologist at Shared Health, you will ensure high standards of patient care with a focus on children and adults. Responsibilities entail client assessments, intervention planning, and providing education to healthcare professionals. You will also supervise students and provisional members while maintaining accountability and communication in your practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide audiological consultations and assessments for diverse clients
- Implement intervention strategies, including hearing aid fittings
- Plan and evaluate programs for patient care
- Supervise and train students and provisional audiologists
- Engage in ongoing skilled education and training
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Audiology from an accredited institution
- Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba
- Experience in clinical audiological services
- CPR training as per employer policy
- Competency in Indigenous languages is preferred
