About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the integration of AI into the core of its product and engineering teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the AI technology strategy, owning the full technical architecture, and ensuring that AI is at the forefront of all development.

This role demands a hands-on approach, with the CTO expected to be deeply involved in all aspects of AI, from model selection and fine-tuning to the deployment of agentic systems at scale.



The CTO will also be tasked with setting the technical direction, holding the team accountable to high standards, and being a key player in the design and code processes.

Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with an advanced degree strongly preferred, and at least 15 years of progressive engineering leadership experience. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in up-to-date AI engineering, including the ability to build and fine-tune foundation models, and a history of deploying AI systems with measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate will be a world-class individual contributor, currently hands-on in their technical skills, and have experience leading a globally distributed, remote team. The CTO will be expected to create and execute technical strategies, own resourcing and workforce planning, and be a leader in the field of AI, capable of teaching and driving the adoption of new technologies within the organization.
