Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Project Managers for construction projects
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Monitor progress and resolve project issues proactively
- Develop accurate project timelines in collaboration with teams
- Maintain robust relationships with customers throughout projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in project management
- Leadership experience within construction preferred
- PMP designation is a plus
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%
