Key Responsibilities:

- Assist families in goal-setting for parenting
- Conduct home visits to assess needs
- Provide information on child growth and development
- Develop parent education programs
- Document and maintain family visit records

Requirements:

- Early Childhood Education Diploma or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in community-focused work
- English and Farsi/Dari fluency
- Effective communication and advocacy skills
- Must have access to reliable transportation within Toronto
