Position: Sr Scrum master Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada Work Arrangement: Remote with up to 15% onsite Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possibly Extension) Location: This resource will work remotely;however, the resource may be required to attend meetings or work sessions in office on reasonable notice from the Province, upto 15%.

At the time of providing such notice, the Province will advise of the expected duration of any such meetings or work sessions.

However, all travel time and costs associated with relocation, commuting, accommodation, meals, and any travel to or within Edmonton or Alberta will be the sole responsibility of the resource and will not be any cost to the Province Must Have Active Certified Scrum Master certification 2+ years coaching teams on Agile practices, ceremonies, continuous improvement, and collaboration 3+ years leading/facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos,



and retrospectives 3+ years working in an Agile software development setting Nice to Have 5+ years delivering web-based training using platforms such as Microsoft Teams 1+ year guiding Agile teams toward accountability and self-organization, including coaching on AI integration while maintaining human judgment, collaboration, creativity, and decision-making 4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines involving automated testing, deployment, and observability 1+ year personally using AI tools to support Scrum Master activities such as meeting preparation, documentation, reporting, backlog analysis, communication, and delivery support 5+ years planning work aligned with Product Owner priorities, sprint goals, and backlog management 6+ years of experience with software development processes, best practices, methods, standards, tools, and policies 4+ years of experience working in North American public-sector environments 2+ years of experience with UX, service design, design thinking, or human-centered design
