Our client, a Canadian industrial maintenance company, is seeking an operations coordinator for a 6- to 8-month project to be carried out in Sainte-Sophie.Work location: Sainte-SophieSchedule: Monday through Friday (occasionally Saturday), 7 a.M.–5 p.M.; availability for overtime; minimum 40 hours per weekSalary: $35–$40 (negotiable)Responsibilities:Ensure the project's progress and follow up with stakeholders.Synthesize information, draft content, and prepare presentationsCollaborate with management and relevant teams to structure initiatives and propose appropriate solutionsDraft and finalize project-related documents and reportsFacilitate meetingsPlan, organize, and lead activities necessary to achieve objectivesMonitor project progress and ensure compliance with performance metricsParticipate in the continuous improvement of practices and propose initiativesActively contribute to the development of project management tools and methodologies.Relevant experience in a similar roleAbility to work independently, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlinesProficiency with the MS Office suite (Excel, Project, Word, etc.)
