As a Host at Constantine, you will report to the Executive Chef and play a critical role in maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, delivering food and beverage orders, and keeping the restaurant tidy and organized. Previous experience in upscale dining and strong communication skills will set you up for success in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bus, explicit, and reset tables promptly
• Deliver food and drink orders safely to tables
• Welcome guests and answer basic inquiries




• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations
• Inform management of special guest needs
Requirements:
• Experience in a premium bar or restaurant
• Previous hosting experience is a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Smart serve certification required
• Availability for breakfast and dinner shifts
