Reporting to the COO, you'll lead financial reporting and provide insights into budgeting and forecasting. This role requires a mature, reliable individual who can balance detailed work with a broader perspective on financial performance.

Key Responsibilities: • Own complete accounting cycle and month-end closing • Manage cash flow, accounts receivable,



and accounts payable • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with actionable insights • Strengthen internal controls and finance systems • Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory filings

Requirements: • Post-secondary education in finance or accounting • Completed or in-progress CPA designation is advantageous • Minimum 4+ years in progressive accounting roles • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Hospitality industry experience is a plus
