Excavator Operator - Up to $32/HR Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Licensed Excavator Operator to join our operations team.

The successful candidate will operate hydraulic excavators to sort, load, move, and process waste, recyclable materials, and construction debris in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Operate hydraulic excavators safely and efficiently.

Load trailers, roll-off bins, and dump trucks.

Perform excavation, demolition, grading, sorting, and material handling.

Complete daily inspections, maintenance, and equipment logs.

Report equipment issues and follow site plans and supervisor instructions.

Qualifications Heavy Equipment Operator certification or equivalent. 2+ years of excavator operating experience.

Experience in construction, demolition, recycling, excavation, or waste management preferred.





Strong knowledge of safe equipment operation and basic maintenance.

Ability to read work orders and site plans.

Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work effectively in a team.

Class G licence required; DZ licence and additional certifications (Working at Heights, WHMIS, First Aid) are assets.

Working Conditions Indoor/outdoor work in varying weather and site conditions.

Ability to operate equipment for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when required. PPE required at all times.
