About the Company Due to continued growth, our client is hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join their collaborative team in Langley.

This is a newly created, full-time, in-office position offering an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the AR and credit function within a growing organization.

About the Role The Accounts Receivable Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Accounts Receivable and credit function while leading a team of three Accounts Receivable staff.

This individual will provide leadership, coaching, and training to the team while ensuring the department operates efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will take ownership of challenging accounts, oversee collections and credit activities, and work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve complex account issues.

They will also be responsible for implementing and improving systems, processes, and procedures to strengthen the overall AR function, improve efficiencies, and support timely collections.

The Offer The role offers compensation up to $100K depending on experience, along with benefits, vacation,

What You Bring You bring 5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable Management experience, ideally within a high-volume setting.

You have proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams and are confident providing coaching, training, and direction to staff.

You have strong experience managing challenging accounts, collections, credit, and account resolution, along with a proven ability to improve processes and implement systems that increase efficiency and accountability.

You are a solid leader and problem-solver with excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
