The successful candidate must have reliable transportation and will be responsible for their own travel to and from the working locations. In partnership with line managers, enable inclusive talent management and continuous development of local leadership capabilities to deliver to the VCG goals.

In partnership with business leaders support people aspects related to Transformation in the unit and be an active ambassador for standardization and change. Be the guardian of the IKEA Culture & Values in the unit, acting as the voice of the co-worker and securing that IKEA is a caring employer and a excellent place to work, as well as safeguarding co-worker experience (overall end-to-end - beyond P&C; experience).
