The successful candidate will be responsible for receptionist duties which include: greeting and registering patients, entering x-ray orders, answering phone calls, returning voice messages and scheduling clinic appointments. You will provide support in the Plastics Clinic and Minor Surgery Clinic, as well as the Fracture Clinic as needed.

Surgical outpatient clinic or outpatient Ambulatory experience required ~ Medical Administration Certificate or equivalent ~ Medical Terminology required ~A strong customer service focus is required ~ Computer/typing skills are essential ~ Experience with Meditech and Community Wide Scheduling is an asset ~ Demonstrated valuable attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards ~ by taking all reasonable precautions and working in compliance with organization related policies,
