• Archaeological monitoring. Oversee the delivery of Heritage &
• Natural Resources operations, ensuring existing policies, procedures, and regulations are followed and continue to develop when required
- Supervise a team of seasonal and regular staff. Ensures the inclusion of capacity-building opportunities and succession planning
- Provide logistical and where applicable resource support towards emergency and high-risk situations
- Undergraduate degree in Natural Resource Management, Outdoor Recreation or related field with three years experience, or an equivalent combination of training, skills and experience Experience in budget and contractor oversight and management of people;
Experience in the development and implementation of operating plans and policies
- Skilled in fieldwork, physically able to perform field duties Must have a valid class 5 B.C. driver’s license Hourly rate: $40.74 - $42.37 based on experience. Full-time (35–40 hrs/week) with paid time off, including an additional 2 week office closure during the winter break.
